stuff to ponder.
-Sorrow without repentance is the kind that results in death(2 Cor 7:10)

-We must depend on the Holy Spirit cause we simply can't overcome our sinfulness on our own.We need the strength of the Holy Spirit.

-Since we have the Holy Spirit in us,we can't say,"I fell into sin" or "I was tempted and gave in to sin." please lah! if we sin it's because we chose to sin,not because we can't say no to the temptation.

-When you lie to others,you end up lying to yourself(Ephesians 4:25)

-whatever we make,or has turned into an idol in our lives,it becomes sin.

-Sin's appetite will never be satisfied.Everytime we say yes,we make it harder to say no the next time.

-Stupid excuses satan tries to add to the stress by helping us find excuses."it's too early,I'm tired." OR "I have too much homework to do." OR "It's too late,i'm tired." what nonsense.

Conclusion
Stay grounded in God's word.Helps us find ways to fight off the negative things that try to invade our thoughts.Helps us to avoid the unhealthy things we all try to fill up on also.

ahahah sorry guys,for sounding like a pastor or something.It's God man! what can I do.ahahah.
